Omega-3 Fatty Acids From Deep Ocean Cold Water Fish

It has been noticed that people, who take in more Omega-3 fatty acids with their food , have healthier cardio vascular systems. This was first noted among the Eskimos who live in the artic and who, despite being on a diet extremely rich in fat, at the same time showed very healthy cardio vascular systems.
